TLDR
In part 1 of this series, we used EbSynth and an Image Style Transfer model to paint a keyframe and apply it to an entire video. In part 2, the goal is to simplify the workflow and improve the overall quality of the output. To do this, I have substituted the second step that uses an app that provides a cartoon style filter. All the other steps in the process remain the same as part 1. For this example, I selected Insta Toon for iOS as this has a great selection of cartoon-style filters and colour tones.via the TL;DR App
