TLDRvia the TL;DR App

I bought a new iPhone 7 on the 10th Anniversary of iPhone and tried a couple of stuff with the ARKit πŸ‘¨β€πŸ’».

To get started with ARKit + Unity try this tutorial. And for ARKit + SceneKit go with this one.

First I went with creating a 2D scene in which you can add random emoji to the world by tapping on the screen. It was using SpriteKit.

Then I was creating few apps based on 3D models with SceneKit. The best one among them is Green Work Space 🌳.

I tried to do the above one with Plane Detection but it had some bugs, later found a tutorial with same tree 3D model (http://jamesonquave.com/blog/arkit-tutorial-in-swift-4-for-xcode-9-using-scenekit/) and fixed it πŸ™ŒΒ .

Finally, I tried ARKit with Unity and came out with the below scene!

So I have a tried most of the basic stuff so far and looking forward to work more with the ARKit and come out with a cool app πŸ˜‰ πŸ‘¨β€πŸ’» πŸ‘‹.
