The only person responsible for your personal development - is you. You need to think about what you want from your current and future career: whether it will be testing, development, automation, leading people, or starting your own company. The root cause of such a problem is because most QA courses don't provide a solid technical background on how systems work. It can be software development, managing positions, business analysts, etc. If you see that a company can't (or don't) support you, consider changing your job.
