While having a steady flow of work is essential to any company’s growth, constantly staying busy isn’t always a good sign. Granted, being a small business owner requires sacrifices and that can mean acting as your own accountant, office manager, sales rep, and everything in between. Eventually, however, the natural scope of a business will grow and the tasks at hand will become larger and more demanding; this is when it’s time to delegate.
