Too Long; Didn't Read

15-year-old Ankur Boyed used a cheap 3D printer to make his own glasses for under $2. Using a free CAD tool called OnShape to design the frames, he used an M2 screw screw screw to make sure not to tighten too much. He also used a hairdryer to soften the plastic and the lenses on the arms. He heated them up slightly and pressed them to my head to mold them to a pair of glasses that worked well for common tasks. The final result of these glasses was surprisingly well for regular tasks.
