For businesses, Black Friday has in recent years become one of the most important days of the year for sales and attracting new customers, making it vital for firms to think of ways to stand out from the noise. This article argues that AI is the perfect tool to create personalised Black Friday emails at scale which will boost sales. It argues that AI-powered tools allow business owners to automate email customisation processes and that AI can help to collect and analyse customer data to create these personalised emails. Finally, the article suggests that A/I can also be used to craft attention-grabbing subject lines and strong calls to action.
