Co-founder of Cliff.ai created Application Tracking System (ATS) to manage all applicants in one place. Hiring a dedicated recruitment manager to operate the ATS, pre-screen applicants, handle all communication, schedule interviews, and any other operational work that might arise. To make the whole process neater, we separated the different assessment rounds for each role. We have a different person evaluating each role, which means the marketing person doesn’t need to check the coding assignments, and so on.
