CSS Frameworks and Preprocessors are tools we can use to boost efficiency in the development process of HTML web-pages. This article assumes you have prior knowledge and a fairly good understanding of HTML 5 and CSS 3. Bootstrap is a CSS Framework that was created by developers at twitter to standardize the use of repetitive CSS styling properties used in their pages to ease their designing phase for more efficient. The most common ones are Twitter Bootstrap and Zurb Foundation (Foundation) For the purposes of this article, we will only be looking at Bootstrap.
