The main thing is to start, stay consistent, don't stop, and progress. What are the earnings based on? It's simple, you get a percentage of the commissions paid by your invited users for trading on the crypto exchange. Most often, this percentage is accrued indefinitely. That is, if the trader you attracted continues to trade actively, you will receive a commission even after five consecutive years and beyond, so in fact it can be turned into passive income if you attract a sufficient number of regularly trading users.
