Too Long; Didn't Read

Buildium was sold for $580M last month. The start-up was founded by Dimitris O'Neill, now co-founder at Outseta. He says he learned a million lessons about growing a SaaS start-ups, and about life along the way. O’Neill says he's convinced that an unrelenting focus on the residential property management market in the US was one of the primary drivers of Buildium’s success. He was given a remarkable amount of freedom to try new growth strategies, to succeed and to fail.
