One fine day, in full global pandemic, I was looking for a banal video game to brighten my days, something not demanding, but at the same time constructive: this is how I came across SANDBOX.GAME. I read some information and soon realized that it was not a simple game, but a wide-ranging project, which involved the application of one's own ingenuity and which could also create an economic return. So I started investing my time and the first thing I did was create assets to be able to apply to join the Sandbox group of artists: I've always had a passion for art, but if I have to tell you everything, my first thought was: "Do they really pay me to make puppets?". After a few weeks of waiting I was selected and included in the group of Italians, my compatriots and I started to create, really ... I soon realized that those "puppets" were a set of incredible techniques and animation, of rules to adopt and precise guidelines to follow: for the first time in my life I was in a video game, how cool! I also had the opportunity to discuss with Co-Founder Sebastien Borget. In short, imagine in which company of this size you can really have a confrontation with the Boss? To tell you all, I have never interpreted Sandbox as a company, but more as a family, where everyone helps each other to achieve a common good, and it is done not only because it has to be done, but because it is a pleasure to do it, I've always felt this. A spontaneous community. This is how many friendships were born, many exchanges of views and the acquisition of new knowledge, adapted to the needs of even the most distant from the world of design and gaming. In this long year, not only has Sandbox given an opportunity to escape from what we were experiencing but it has also created that economic support that for many has failed due to the prolongation of the pandemic; I myself have sold hundreds of copies of my creations and this has helped me a lot, also allowing me to invest in the world of cryptocurrencies. And I'm sure Sand will give us a lot of satisfaction, even more than what we have done to date. One of the most exceptional things that happened to me in this year, is that thanks to the continuous support of the Sandbox staff, I was able to learn many techniques related to the creation of video games and so, after so many months of study (I could have done it before, but I preferred to have a long observation, I want to do things well!), I started creating my first video game, assets, animations, stories, all according to my creativity. Have you ever thought about what could be programmatically behind the simple opening of a door or an explosion or even a simple flight of a bird? Well Sandbox has simplified all this, and with their Game Maker it is possible to create all this without being a computer engineer and without knowing a programming string, it's all very simple, I invite you to try it for yourself! It goes without saying that I am constantly studying to improve and understand dynamics that until recently were all new to me. In my mind, creativity and ambition have overcome the economic factor, translating it into a consequence of the good work done. And the great thing is that there is a lot to discover yet, the implementation of "Play to Earn" will be something that will push Sandbox to the moon, I really believe it. Imagine being able to collect real works of art in your electronic wallet or carry out missions in a video game and be rewarded for it (a dream that comes true!). And if he manages to sell his creations on the official Sandbox marketplace (Soon anyone will be able to!). So your economy can change even considerably, but all this only in a process of a united community, and I tell you, I really feel part of this great train that I have chosen to take. I can say without a doubt that my new world, my new universe, my Metaverse is Sandbox and we are only at the beginning ...
