Yayasan Generasi Maju Berkarya (Generation Girl), is a nonprofit organization based in Jakarta, Indonesia, that aims to nurture female future leaders using STEM as a vehicle of change. Our work focuses on impacting every single female across Indonesia to close the gender gap and create equal opportunities for them to have a career in STEM fields. Since 2018, we have gathered a pool of 59,600+ community members across 32 provinces of Indonesia. Our programs have proven to increase our beneficiaries’ willingness to learn STEM further through formal and non-formal institutions by 88%.
