Specifically, we performed frequency analysis using statistical testing, emotion analysis, and topic analysis of the collected tweets. That said, the market for luxury is not going anywhere.We built The List to showcase what the next stage of e-commerce is: that AI can operate a luxury fashion marketplace. We are building the largest LLM library in the industry to eliminate some of the market’s critical operational inefficiencies. It’s fairly common for marketplaces to add 100,000 new SKUs to their sites weekly, so our competitors are burning a ton of cash every week. Our team has been watching, training, and guiding our own model of catalog production for years. Our cost is now down to less than 10 cents per SKU. Among them, the concept of shared sequencers has gained significant traction. Shared sequencers act as centralized transaction ordering mechanisms, increasing throughput by temporarily assuming the role of transaction orderer before these transactions are batched and finalized on the main chain. While they introduce efficiencies, shared sequencers inherently operate differently from typical rollups, warranting an exploration of how our formal model for atomic composability can be applied to them. The application of our formal model to shared sequencers and other existing solutions accentuates its versatility and universality. Whether it’s the centralized nature of sequencers or the diverse architectures of other rollups, the principles of atomic composability, as proposed in our model, remain consistent. This consistency is instrumental in creating a cohesive, interoperable, and scalable Ethereum ecosystem that can cater to the ever-growing demands of decentralized applications and services. In this section, we extend our formal model to understand its implications on shared sequencers and juxtapose it with other prevailing solutions in the space. The goal is to provide a comparative analysis that not only elucidates the strengths and potential drawbacks of each approach but also offers a cohesive understanding of how atomic composability can be universally achieved irrespective of the underlying scaling solution. 5.1 Shared Sequencers Shared sequencers, by design, centralize the transaction ordering mechanism without compromising the security guarantees of the main chain. Transactions are quickly processed off chain by the sequencer and then aggregated into larger batches to be submitted on-chain. This architecture provides the dual benefit of swift transaction times and reduced on-chain congestion. 5.1.1 Implications of the Formal Model: 1. Buffering & Dependency Handling: Given that shared sequencers operate in an off-chain environment before finalization, the buffering mechanism we proposed becomes even more critical. It allows for the temporary storage of transactions, especially when there are cross-rollup or cross-sequencer dependencies. 2. Concurrency Control: Shared sequencers inherently deal with a high volume of simultaneous transactions. Implementing our concurrency control mechanism ensures that interdependent transactions, even from different sources or rollups, can be processed in an atomic fashion. 3. Zero-Knowledge Proofs & Validation: The validation mechanism using zk-proofs becomes an asset here. It ensures that even in a semi-centralized environment, transaction validations remain private, swift, and secure. Cold outreach isn’t easy. There's always the risk of coming across as something we definitely don't want to be: a spammer. As I wrapped up my coffee order and went to my favorite spot, a message popped up from someone I cold DM’d on LinkedIn. A heartfelt message: “Hey, I don’t need your tool. But thanks to you, now I know that I need to find a way to block spammers like you.” "Gosh," I sweat. “Wait, was I just scolded? Did I just become the very thing I don’t like the most - a spammer?” How did this happen? It was the early days of our startup journey. We had just finished the first prototype and were eager to find our first users. Inspired by the gospel of "doing things that don’t scale," I decided it was time to start reaching out. Aware of how irritating it can be to receive unsolicited messages, I was determined to approach outreach in the most appropriate manner possible. 1. Only target those who fit our ideal audience profile 2. Craft a message addressing their potential pain points and how our product can help them Then I put in the work. First, I registered for LinkedIn Premium, using its tools to find the best matches based on our ideal persona. I scoured the platform, wholeheartedly selecting the top 50 potential users. Then, I spent more days crafting the perfect outreach message, obsessing over every comma, and double-checking for any grammar errors. I even compared my message to the best templates on LinkedIn lol. Filled with both hope and worry, I finally hit send. About 5 to 10 people accepted InMail, and only 2 or 3 replied. Unfortunately, none of the responses were positive. Then I immediately found the solution and get 80% CVR! No, it didn’t happen. After that incident, I turned my efforts to Reddit, as my previous first post mentioned, and I got some traction there. Quit hard selling As time passed, I looked at LinkedIn again and reflected on it. As I stepped into the shoes of the recipients, it dawned on me: no matter how well-crafted the message, problems, and solutions, or how perfectly their profiles aligned with the target persona, if they didn't have the need, hard selling them something would only feel like spam. That’s why I find LinkedIn more valuable for a different reason: Understanding target users. It's about understanding their challenges with note-taking and what they're looking to solve. It's not optimal to sell anything when you're clueless about users’ pain points. How I Succeed With Cold Outreach On LinkedIn

I built 30 startups in 20 years. VC-backed, Bootstrapped, Apps, SaaS, B2B, B2C. All Mistakes I Regret Making: 1. Doing Consumer Apps. The Failure rate here is 100x of b2b rates, nearly a lottery. 2. Raising VC Money. I felt like Marc Zuckerberg when we raised the first round. All journalists interviewing us. Felt like a dream. Eventually, most of these startups failed by being funded too early. 3. Hiring Too Early. Previously, startups took pride in large teams - a key sign of growth back then. Founders should do most of the work until PMF. Employees and contractors won’t have enough love and passion for your project. 4. Ignoring SEO. None of the people in my network did SEO. We all thought it was something too late, and we kept postponing it forever. 5. Ignoring Content Marketing. Never took blogging seriously. Big mistake. 6. Social Media Marketing. This is my biggest regret. I started using Twitter just a year ago. Got to 20k followers now. What if I started 20 years ago? Could I have 1M followers now? I think so. 7. Skipping Idea Validation. I’d always assume for the audience. Anticipate what they need. It almost never turned out to be true. My best projects were those I thought would fail and failed projects had my highest hopes at the start. 8. Hiring Managers. I haven’t yet seen any useful manager in a startup. They might be useful for corporations, but for startups, I should have hired only doers. 9. Chasing Investors. For every startup, I’d spend 40% of my time fundraising. I’d succeed in most of the cases, but at what cost? I haven’t done a single outreach to investors in 2 years, but I get VCs knocking on my doors because I have good traction, and they search for such projects daily. 10. Hiring Specialized Developers. There is nothing less efficient than a team of specialized developers for a startup. Today, I have 1 full-stack dev doing 5x more progress on a project than a team of 12 back then. Avoid “teams” at all costs. 11. Hiring People I Don’t Wanna Hug. My cofounder, an old Danish man said this to me in 2015. If you don’t wanna hug the person, it means you dislike them on a chemical/animal level. 12. Betting on Partners. I have partnered up with large billion-dollar corporations many times with different startups. They promise huge stuff, millions of users, but end up just wasting your time, destroying focus, shifting priorities, making you spend zillions on ramping up security and compliance, and eventually bringing in no users/money. 13. Shiny Objects. I fell for crypt0 hype. Got super rich, then lost it all. Years wasted. Almost got depressed by seeing how scammy and greedy humans can be, even my own partners. 14. Holding on a Bad Project for Too Long. I kept believing in projects after years of no traction. I thought that one day, something magical would happen, and things would go up. It was just a waste of time. 15. Went to Tech Conferences. It's a total waste of time. Most people there are the “good” employees of corporations who were sent there as a perk for being loyal to the corporation. 16. Scrum Is a Scam. If I had a team that had to be nagged every morning with questions as if they were children in kindergarten, then things would eventually fail. The only good stuff I managed to do happened with people who were grownups and could manage their stuff on their own. We would just do everything over chat in sync on goals and plans. 17. Outsourced Development & Marketing. The vendors were good, but the outcome was not good. Startups are so difficult that there is almost no chance someone from outside can do a good job for them. 18. Started With a Free Tier in b2b. Free projects attracted the totally wrong crowd, who gave feedback that was only relevant to please the rest of the “free” crowd. However, “paid” users turn out to be very different and have different needs. A few times, I started with no free version and had no sales, so later, I added a free version. But this was a mistake, too. If nobody wants to pay for my product, I have to fix it or find another audience for it. 19. Code From Scratch. My team would spend the first 3 months coding basic things like auth, admin panel, cruds, etc. It was a huge waste of time. The moment I started using boilerplates, the speed went up 10x. 20. Spent Little Time With My Family & Friends. I worked way too much and didn’t take holidays at all. This was very destructive to my creativity.
