SOAL works at the intersection of education \u0026 employment, is improving the quality and access of education as well as solving the scarcity of quality talent in disruptive, new-age and forward-thinking companies. It is building University 2.0 that is hybrid and tech-enabled, decentralised, learner-first and industry-driven. Its two maiden foundational Product Engineering and Digital Product Design are hosted on DELTA, a “learning tech” platform designed to nurture lifelong, “lifewide" and self learning. It is poised to offer two more foundational courses, and a platter of specialisations for each of the foundationals. This “university as a service” will be accessible through two key financial models: a monthly subscription and the Income Share Agreement.

Their motive is to solve the double-pronged skill gap caused by a financially exclusive, outdated education-employment system that builds and judges individuals basis credentials rather than their skills. The maiden courses are personalised for various learner categories such as school and college students, freshers and job seekers, and non-tech professionals who seek growth and career advancement.
