Even though it’s cool to speculate about the future, we thought it would be useful to bring it back to the basics and discuss what it takes to create a <a href="https://hackernoon.com/tagged/bot" target="_blank">bot</a> from the ground-up. That’s exactly what we’re doing at kea: building a conversational artificial intelligence system, which is basically a fancy way of saying a voice-automated bot. We recently did a complete overhaul on our kea voice bot to create a new AI personality and let us tell you- it takes a lot of decision making. How will people use the voice?
