However, current work still has a large reliance on human input and subjective assessment to label biases. This is especially true for cable news research. To address these issues, we develop an unsupervised machine learning method to characterize the bias of cable news programs without any human input. This method relies on the analysis of what topics are mentioned through Named Entity Recognition and how those topics are discussed through Stance Analysis in order to cluster programs with similar biases together. Applying our method to 2020 cable news transcripts, we find that program clusters are consistent over time and roughly correspond to the cable news network of the program. This method reveals the potential for future tools to objectively assess media bias and characterize unfamiliar media environments. INTRODUCTION The increasing trend of political polarization in the United States has garnered significant attention in recent literature. This trend, prominent at both national and local government levels, is reflected in media consumption patterns that indicate partisan polarization in the public [1]. Despite the plethora of studies on the subject, there is a noticeable gap in the literature regarding data-driven, computational analysis of the language used in political media sources. This void is particularly conspicuous in the study of cable news, which has been linked to the intensification of polarization. Furthermore, although computational research extensively explores differing sentiments towards issues, the application of crosssubject bias models remains limited. In this paper, we introduce an application of advanced Natural Language Understanding techniques to quantify the partisan bias in cable news. Bias is delineated by two principal aspects: what a source selects to discuss, and how they choose to portray it. By leveraging named entity recognition, we identify critical topic words within transcripts, followed by stance analysis to ascertain the positive or negative framing of these topics. However, current work still has a large reliance on human input and subjective assessment to label biases. This is especially true for cable news research. To address these issues, we develop an unsupervised machine learning method to characterize the bias of cable news programs without any human input. It is safe to say that and crime do not originally belong in the same sentence. But it was, at the onset, fated to become a willing tool in the hands of criminals. Bitcoin Since the infamous Mt. Gox era, Bitcoin, popularly known as ‘internet money’, has been invariably used by anonymous criminals across the world to commit a series of heinous crimes ranging from money laundering to kidnapping. Nigeria, , was destined to become a peculiar crime scene as Bitcoin’s influence spread across the world. This not only accounted for the rapid growth of Bitcoin in Africa itself but also revealed how a consequently emerged from the interplay between Nigeria’s internet fraud syndicate known locally as ‘Yahoo boys’, and Bitcoin, their newly found obsession. Africa’s largest Bitcoin market $760 million crypto empire As it grew in popularity, Bitcoin's enduring promise of absolute anonymity was but a recipe for crypto-related scams in which Nigeria’s internet fraudsters actively participated. The modus operandi was fairly simple. It involved laundering or stashing away ‘dirty money’ and using the Bitcoin-fiat payment gateway offered by various deposit money banks(DMBs) to cash out the illegal proceeds. Although the peculiar nature of the crypto-related crimes that are committed using Bitcoin is monetary, it is extremely difficult to find a piece of incontrovertible evidence linking a ring of Nigerian Bitcoin fraudsters to either the Silk Road scandal or the Mt Got era, when Bitcoin's criminal history is mostly believed to have begun. Improve website navigation through HTML sitemap, site search, and consistent navigation menu for better accessibility. 🏷️ Headings & Labels To explain topics or purposes, use headings and labels that are descriptive and self-explanatory. Labeling site elements such as a pricing list, size chart, or contact form would be a plus. 🌐 Adding a language attribute (French for example) to the web pages helps foreign people who are not familiar with the language used (English) on the website. Adding language attributes massively helps to increase website accessibility. Language Option: 📢 This includes providing textual recommendations and guiding users to fill in valid information asked of them. A simple example would be suggesting the format of a phone number in the USA in the contact form. User Suggestions for Validation: 👨‍⚖️ Verdict: ADA Compliance is Mandatory NO MATTER WHAT! Even if you think that ADA compliance does not include your area of business, accessible web design and development should be still a top priority for you. The lawsuit protocols are subjected to change in the future. So this is definitely not the comprehensive list of  guidelines for website accessibility. If you are a government (Federally) funded organization, you risk yourself to lose its funding, at the time of first-time violation itself or the repeated violation. If you want to do it yourself, we recommend doing comprehensive research to evaluate your web design accessibility as per the ADA regulations.
