WebSim: Play Around with Website Ideas Last but not least is WebSim (https://websim.ai/). This tool lets you create and test website ideas without knowing how to code. It's super fun to play with, especially if you're into web design or just like to experiment with website ideas. What can you do with WebSim? Create website mock-ups that actually work.

This is not the first time I have had this idea. But after watching a documentary on how bad the financial system currently is, I figured I have to share what has been revealed to me. When the thought first came to me, I assumed it was special. But I didn't do anything with it. Now, I think it is time to share. Why Gold Standard Won't Work Anymore Before sharing my idea, I want to explore the options I have heard thus far and why they won't work. First up is gold. I still heard recently that the USA needs to go back to the gold standard. But there is a big problem with that. How will the transition take place? The amount of money in the world already trumps the amount of gold in the world by a lot. Don't be deceived by the GDP numbers, the money circulating the globe is in multiples of that. Banks are not going to sit there while they watch governments kill their business by going back to the gold standard. The gold standard means that banks can't do fractional reserve banking and all the other things they've been doing. And recently (since 2020), they don't even need a reserve ratio anymore. They are dealing in trillions of dollars with the ability to create more at will. To attempt to take the US dollar back to gold is a suicide mission. Anyone in government who seriously embarks on that will likely be eliminated in some way. (Yes, it comes to that at times). Another option is a basket of commodities. This is another problem too. Those commodities flow through trades facilitated by big banks. So, it will just be playing into the hands of big banks again. It may take some time, but we will end up with the same problem if a basket of commodities is used. Moreover, that comes with complexity and it will be a hard sell to everyday people. Also, the big banks love complexity. That is how they keep prying eyes out of their business. The more complex it is for the average person, the better it is for big banks. Nothing will change. Another option is energy. The problem is that you already have a cartel with crude oil. Power will just change hands. The manipulators will change from bankers to oil producers. This may be slightly better because those are producing something useful to society (unlike banking which is just a paper service). To use renewable energy is dead on arrival. First, renewables cannot power a significant portion of the planet. And it is expensive. It would weaken the general public and money control would still be concentrated in the hands of the few. It can't be the Chinese yuan, Russian ruble, British pound or any other country's currency. And this is for the same reason the US dollar is not doing well as the global reserve. When one entity owns and controls the global reserve, they enrich themselves and suffocate all others. Now, you are thinking maybe it is bitcoin. And bitcoin looks like the salvation for a while. But it has an intricate problem. It requires acceptability and its value is still in reference to the US dollar. In other words, any currency that can be traded by the financial markets MUST NOT be the global currency if we want to have prosperity with fairness. Qualities of the International Currency Standard There are 7 qualities that a currency that the world can adopt as the new standard must have: It must not be tradable on the financial markets It must be verifiable (by anyone independent of the big banks, corporations, and countries) It must be directly connected with something that everybody needs and uses. A good connection will be to energy It must be unprintable. Meaning that you cannot create more of it from thin air All currencies can be measured in reference to it on a fair basis The value of a country's currency to it must reflect the well-being of that country Its system of operation must be unhackable such that independent people can validate or invalidate The New Standard This idea came to me while thinking about the meter. How did we define the meter? And how has it stayed that way and remained unchanged? Well, the idea is that you can't print meters. You can't simply create a program to create more meters. And just like that, the idea flashed into my mind… What if we had a currency that can't be spent? The big disadvantage of bitcoin was that you could spend it. And prices were still standardized in the US dollar (and in the currencies of other countries). So, you had to reference bitcoin to other currencies in the financial markets. Hence, the volatility swings. And the volatility swings make it improper to be the new global standard. So, to eliminate the volatility swings, why not have a currency that can't be spent? A currency whose unit is fixed. Just like the meter, it remains what it is. You can't buy it. You can't spend it. You can't save it. It is just a unit of money. And every day, the currencies of the world are measured to that unit. And business is conducted based on that arrangement. So, let's call this currency - Kash What Is Kash? . It is pegged to energy. It cannot be bought, sold, or shorted. It is not printable. No country or bank has a monopoly over it. Anybody can verify or validate it. Kash is a unit of money designed to be the global standard in the modern era 1 Kash is the monetary amount of energy it takes to melt 5 grams of silver under very specific conditions with a precise instrument. This means that if (in the USA) it costs $25 to melt 5 grams of silver under these precise conditions, then 25 usd = 1 Kash. The day it becomes cheaper (let's say $15) to melt 5 grams of silver under those same conditions, 15 usd = 1 Kash. The Kash never changes. The currencies fluctuate with respect to the Kash. So, every day, these experiments are carried out by private individuals and organizations across the globe for each country. And that will determine the of the country's currency to Kash. For example, in the UK, you do the same experiment and discover 1 Kash to be £13. That is what it is. If the energy situation gets bad and the cost goes up to £23. That is what 1 Kash becomes. 1 Kash will always be 1 Kash. And that is the cost of energy required to melt 5 grams of silver under very specific conditions. Now, you may be thinking how that will work for a whole country. In America for example, the value of 1 Kash will be determined in each state. Then the average becomes the value of the US dollar. As the system integrates further, each town and city will be able to measure and contribute to make the average for the state. Then, all 50 states will be calculated to make the average that will be accepted as the US dollar value for Kash. This experiment can be verified by anybody. The specific conditions for the experiment will be very simple and require tools that regular people have access to. Independent volunteer validators across the world can verify the value of their currency to Kash at least once per week. As adoption grows, people can label their goods and services in Kash. So, when people want to pay for it, they check the value of their currency in Kash and pay the equivalent value in the accepted currency. You cannot use Kash to buy or sell anything directly. I know the financial markets will create derivatives and ETFs for Kash, but only fools will buy them. They will only be investment products and the people who buy them will know that they are buying something that doesn't exist. This will be a good thing for bitcoin. This is because bitcoin has a direct relationship with energy. The value of bitcoin can be directly correlated to Kash. Hence, people can trade with bitcoin while the unit of their monetary value is measured in Kash. Kash becomes the stablecoin for bitcoin. And we render the dollar dominance useless. So, Kash, the currency that doesn't exist can save the world. Don't worry about the big banks, governments, etc. They will sort themselves out and find ways to survive. There. I just solved the biggest problem in global finance and modern economics. I hope I get a Nobel prize lol. The Specific Conditions This has to do with the process and tools used to melt this 5g of silver. And at what state of melting is deemed sufficient? This has to be fleshed out in an economic paper. Unfortunately, it is not something I can go into detail with here. I hope I can find an economics professor that we can work on this together quietly. And then launch to the world as a massive shock to the financial world. This is just a rough idea. And this is how we break away from the tyrannical rule of central banking. Many people are already hovering around this idea. So, it is something that is bound to happen one way or another. I am just pleased that I have been chosen as a vessel to communicate this. If you have the resources to make this into a proper economic paper and perhaps carry some (freedom-loving) crypto organizations along, I would be happy to stretch this out. The Aftermath Without a doubt, this will end the dollar dominance and automatically solve many economic problems. Yes, I am aware it will create new problems too. But the problems that will be created will be insignificant to the ones we have now. Just imagine BRICS adopts the Kash system. And let's assume other some countries do too. That will fix a lot in international trade. Governments will not be able to manipulate their own currency to mess with other countries. And there will be a lot of validator organizations. Since the value of Kash is determined by a simple process that anyone can check, there will be lots of organizations who can have volunteers who display the value of Kash every day. Some can track Kash to bitcoin. Some can track Kash in specific countries to their respective currencies. Some can track Kash in Asian countries. Some can track Kash in European nations. And so on like that. So, as an example, Binance can have their own system of validators that track Kash. The IMF can have theirs. A Christian organization can create a network with theirs. People, businesses, and individual sellers can then choose which validator system they trust and will be using. Validators must be volunteers. If a validator system is discovered to be fraudulent, people can see what other validators are saying and quickly switch away from the liars. And the liars will find it incredibly hard to build back up their damaged reputation. Governments can have their validation system, but of course, no one (in their right minds) would trust it. There will be an unspoken allowance percentage. For example, if 3 validator system in the USA says $25.07, $25.12, $25.16 equals 1 Kash. And then one validation system says $35.89 is Kash, you know there is a problem. That is the sign that someone is lying or manipulating something. Whoever is caught lying will have to deal with the loss of reputation that follows. No one can stop them from publishing the value of Kash, only that nobody will use their numbers anymore to calculate anything. If two parties are about to negotiate a transaction in Kash, it is important that they identify which validator system they will be using on the contract. To be safe on very large transactions, they can choose to use the average of 3 trustworthy validators. You and a group of friends can start your own validator entity for any country and publish online. At least, once a week, the reading for each city (or state) is taken. This is then computed to make the average for the country. The experiment and reading is taken from an household unit (not industrial unit). There is no specific date or time when a volunteer is to take the reading. If any validator system is discovered to be mandating their volunteers to take readings at a particular day and time, they get exposed online. The readings must be taken once a week, but day and time is left to the discretion of each volunteer. The people living in a country will know the most accurate Kash validation network. Since it works on a volunteer system, if people don't know anyone around who is a volunteer validator for a network and they try to find but can't seem to meet any one in real life like that, then you can be sure that validation network is a fraud. I recommend big organizations like OPEC, BRICS, IMF, JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, not to have their own validation network. However, they can have 3-4 validator network that they trust. This is because if their have their own network, 95% of people won't trust them (to use them) anyway. For the first time in the history of mankind, let us have honest money manned by the people. My job is to plant the idea in as many heads as possible until this picks up real momentum. I hope to work with an economics professor to write a paper on it (and hopefully win that Nobel prize). It was opened by another footman in livery, with a round face, and large eyes like a frog; and both footmen, Alice noticed, had powdered hair that curled all over their heads. She felt very curious to know what it was all about, and crept a little way out of the wood to listen. The Fish-Footman began by producing from under his arm a great letter, nearly as large as himself, and this he handed over to the other, saying, in a solemn tone, “For the Duchess. An invitation from the Queen to play croquet.” The Frog-Footman repeated, in the same solemn tone, only changing the order of the words a little, “From the Queen. An invitation for the Duchess to play croquet.” Then they both bowed low, and their curls got entangled together. Alice laughed so much at this, that she had to run back into the wood for fear of their hearing her; and when she next peeped out the Fish-Footman was gone, and the other was sitting on the ground near the door, staring stupidly up into the sky. Alice went timidly up to the door, and knocked. “There’s no sort of use in knocking,” said the Footman, “and that for two reasons. First, because I’m on the same side of the door as you are; secondly, because they’re making such a noise inside, no one could possibly hear you.” And certainly there a most extraordinary noise going on within—a constant howling and sneezing, and every now and then a great crash, as if a dish or kettle had been broken to pieces. was “Please, then,” said Alice, “how am I to get in?” “There might be some sense in your knocking,” the Footman went on without attending to her, “if we had the door between us. The door led right into a large kitchen, which was full of smoke from one end to the other: the Duchess was sitting on a three-legged stool in the middle, nursing a baby; the cook was leaning over the fire, stirring a large cauldron which seemed to be full of soup. “There’s certainly too much pepper in that soup!” Alice said to herself, as well as she could for sneezing. There was certainly too much of it in the air. Even the Duchess sneezed occasionally; and as for the baby, it was sneezing and howling alternately without a moment’s pause. The only things in the kitchen that did not sneeze, were the cook, and a large cat which was sitting on the hearth and grinning from ear to ear. “Please would you tell me,” said Alice, a little timidly, for she was not quite sure whether it was good manners for her to speak first, “why your cat grins like that?” “It’s a Cheshire cat,” said the Duchess, “and that’s why. While she was trying to fix on one, the cook took the cauldron of soup off the fire, and at once set to work throwing everything within her reach at the Duchess and the baby—the fire-irons came first; then followed a shower of saucepans, plates, and dishes. The Duchess took no notice of them even when they hit her; and the baby was howling so much already, that it was quite impossible to say whether the blows hurt it or not. “Oh, mind what you’re doing!” cried Alice, jumping up and down in an agony of terror. “Oh, there goes his nose!” as an unusually large saucepan flew close by it, and very nearly carried it off. please precious “If everybody minded their own business,” the Duchess said in a hoarse growl, “the world would go round a deal faster than it does.” “Which would be an advantage,” said Alice, who felt very glad to get an opportunity of showing off a little of her knowledge. “Just think of what work it would make with the day and night! The cook threw a frying-pan after her as she went out, but it just missed her. Alice caught the baby with some difficulty, as it was a queer-shaped little creature, and held out its arms and legs in all directions, “just like a star-fish,” thought Alice. The poor little thing was snorting like a steam-engine when she caught it, and kept doubling itself up and straightening itself out again, so that altogether, for the first minute or two, it was as much as she could do to hold it. As soon as she had made out the proper way of nursing it, (which was to twist it up into a sort of knot, and then keep tight hold of its right ear and left foot, so as to prevent its undoing itself,) she carried it out into the open air. “If I don’t take this child away with me,” thought Alice, “they’re sure to kill it in a day or two: wouldn’t it be murder to leave it behind?” She said the last words out loud, and the little thing grunted in reply (it had left off sneezing by this time). “Don’t grunt,” said Alice; “that’s not at all a proper way of expressing yourself.” The baby grunted again, and Alice looked very anxiously into its face to see what was the matter with it. There could be no doubt that it had a turn-up nose, much more like a snout than a real nose; also its eyes were getting extremely small for a baby: altogether Alice did not like the look of the thing at all. “But perhaps it was only sobbing,” she thought, and looked into its eyes again, to see if there were any tears. very No, there were no tears. “If you’re going to turn into a pig, my dear,” said Alice, seriously, “I’ll have nothing more to do with you. Mind now!” The poor little thing sobbed again (or grunted, it was impossible to say which), and they went on for some while in silence. Alice was just beginning to think to herself, “Now, what am I to do with this creature when I get it home?” when it grunted again, so violently, that she looked down into its face in some alarm. NOTICE NOTICE I look upon the first six books, of which a fair copy has now been made, as only a mass which is still in a manner without form, and which has yet to be again revised. In this revision the two kinds of War will be everywhere kept more distinctly in view, by which all ideas will acquire a clearer meaning, a more precise direction, and a closer application. The two kinds of War are, first, those in which the object is the overthrow of the enemy, whether it be that we aim at his destruction, politically, or merely at disarming him and forcing him to conclude peace on our terms; and next, those in which our object is merely to make some conquests on the frontiers of his country, either for the purpose of retaining them permanently, or of turning them to account as matter of exchange in the settlement of a peace. Transition from one kind to the other must certainly continue to exist, but the completely different nature of the tendencies of the two must everywhere appear, and must separate from each other things which are incompatible. Besides establishing this real difference in Wars, another practically necessary point of view must at the same time be established, which is, that War is only a continuation of State policy by other means. This point of view being adhered to everywhere, will introduce much more unity into the consideration of the subject, and things will be more easily disentangled from each other. Although the chief application of this point of view does not commence until we get to the eighth book, still it must be completely developed in the first book, and also lend assistance throughout the revision of the first six books. Through such a revision the first six books will get rid of a good deal of dross, many rents and chasms will be closed up, and much that is of a general nature will be transformed into distinct conceptions and forms. The seventh book—on attack—for the different chapters of which sketches are already made, is to be considered as a reflection of the sixth, and must be completed at once, according to the above-mentioned more distinct points of view, so that it will require no fresh revision, but rather may serve as a model in the revision of the first six books. For the eighth book—on the Plan of a War, that is, of the organisation of a whole War in general—several chapters are designed, but they are not at all to be regarded as real materials, they are merely a track, roughly cleared, as it were, through the mass, in order by that means to ascertain the points of most importance. They have answered this object, and I propose, on finishing the seventh book, to proceed at once to the working out of the eighth, where the two points of view above mentioned will be chiefly affirmed, by which everything will be simplified, and at the same time have a spirit breathed into it. I hope in this book to iron out many creases in the heads of strategists and statesmen, and at least to show the object of action, and the real point to be considered in War. Now, when I have brought my ideas clearly out by finishing this eighth book, and have properly established the leading features of War, it will be easier for me to carry the spirit of these ideas in to the first six books, and to make these same features show themselves everywhere. Therefore I shall defer till then the revision of the first six books. Should the work be interrupted by my death, then what is found can only be called a mass of conceptions not brought into form; but as these are open to endless misconceptions, they will doubtless give rise to a number of crude criticisms: for in these things, every one thinks, when he takes up his pen, that whatever comes into his head is worth saying and printing, and quite as incontrovertible as that twice two make four. If such a one would take the pains, as I have done, to think over the subject, for years, and to compare his ideas with military history, he would certainly be a little more guarded in his criticism. Still, notwithstanding this imperfect form, I believe that an impartial reader thirsting for truth and conviction will rightly appreciate in the first six books the fruits of several years’ reflection and a diligent study of War, and that, perhaps, he will find in them some leading ideas which may bring about a revolution in the theory of War. Besides this notice, amongst the papers left the following unfinished memorandum was found, which appears of very recent date: The manuscript on the conduct of the Grande Guerre, which will be found after my death, in its present state can only be regarded as a collection of materials from which it is intended to construct a theory of War. With the greater part I am not yet satisfied; and the sixth book is to be looked at as a mere essay: I should have completely remodelled it, and have tried a different line. But the ruling principles which pervade these materials I hold to be the right ones: they are the result of a very varied reflection, keeping always in view the reality, and always bearing in mind what I have learnt by experience and by my intercourse with distinguished soldiers. The seventh book is to contain the attack, the subjects of which are thrown together in a hasty manner: the eighth, the plan for a War, in which I would have examined War more especially in its political and human aspects. The first chapter of the first book is the only one which I consider as completed; it will at least serve to show the manner in which I proposed to treat the subject throughout. The theory of the Grande Guerre, or Strategy, as it is called, is beset with extraordinary difficulties, and we may affirm that very few men have clear conceptions of the separate subjects, that is, conceptions carried up to their full logical conclusions. In real action most men are guided merely by the tact of judgment which hits the object more or less accurately, according as they possess more or less genius. This is the way in which all great Generals have acted, and therein partly lay their greatness and their genius, that they always hit upon what was right by this tact. Thus also it will always be in action, and so far this tact is amply sufficient. But when it is a question, not of acting oneself, but of convincing others in a consultation, then all depends on clear conceptions and demonstration of the inherent relations, and so little progress has been made in this respect that most deliberations are merely a contention of words, resting on no firm basis, and ending either in every one retaining his own opinion, or in a compromise from mutual considerations of respect, a middle course really without any value.(*) (*) Herr Clausewitz evidently had before his mind the endless consultations at the Headquarters of the Bohemian Army in the Leipsic Campaign 1813. Clear ideas on these matters are therefore not wholly useless; besides, the human mind has a general tendency to clearness, and always wants to be consistent with the necessary order of things. Owing to the great difficulties attending a philosophical construction of the Art of War, and the many attempts at it that have failed, most people have come to the conclusion that such a theory is impossible, because it concerns things which no standing law can embrace. We should also join in this opinion and give up any attempt at a theory, were it not that a great number of propositions make themselves evident without any difficulty, as, for instance, that the defensive form, with a negative object, is the stronger form, the attack, with the positive object, the weaker—that great results carry the little ones with them—that, therefore, strategic effects may be referred to certain centres of gravity—that a demonstration is a weaker application of force than a real attack, that, therefore, there must be some special reason for resorting to the former—that victory consists not merely in the conquest on the field of battle, but in the destruction of armed forces, physically and morally, which can in general only be effected by a pursuit after the battle is gained—that successes are always greatest at the point where the victory has been gained, that, therefore, the change from one line and object to another can only be regarded as a necessary evil—that a turning movement is only justified by a superiority of numbers generally or by the advantage of our lines of communication and retreat over those of the enemy—that flank positions are only justifiable on similar grounds—that every attack becomes weaker as it progresses. Source: USA Today The PlayStation Vita was a console that was praised by critics, had a few solid first-party games such as Uncharted: Golden Abyss and still to this day has a dedicated fanbase. The handheld device, however, was doomed from the start with the high price tag for the console itself and memory cards, high competition with the Nintendo 3DS, and the rise in popularity of mobile gaming. If history is anything to go by, then it looks like Sony is going to make another mistake with their next handheld console. Playstation Showcase https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D4EKydVVvHk&embedable=true The device will require a PlayStation 5 for it to work. It will utilize the platform's remote play features so that you can stream your PS5 games onto your device. Technically this means that the console won’t be a cloud streaming device. This is because you will have to use a PlayStation 5 to connect the device. With remote play and the gaming market, especially with Microsoft investing heavily into cloud gaming, it seems likely that the way the market is going that Project Q will eventually turn into more of a cloud gaming device. The PlayStation Vita, towards the end of its life cycle, eventually became more of a console just for remote play with the PlayStation 4. It seems very strange that Sony is essentially working on a device with fewer features than their previous handheld. As things stand, the next Sony handheld will need a constant internet connection for it to work, as cloud gaming devices do. Project Q Specs The device will support streaming up to which is certainly an upgrade from the Vita which had a qHD display and was capped at 30FPS. 1080p at 60FPS The screen is rumoured to have an 8-inch screen which is much bigger than the Vita's 5-inch, however, the screen will only be LCD, not OLED which was a feature of the original PlayStation Vita. From what we saw at PlayStation Showcase, the console looks much like a Dual Sense controller and will feature haptic feedback just like the PS5’s controller does. Project Q will come in a white finish to have that same sleek look as the PlayStation 5 and is due to be released at the end of the year. Why the Next PlayStation Handheld is a Mistake Based on what we know, I believe that Project Q has many flaws. First up is the fact that it will always require an internet connection. What is one of the reasons why the Nintendo Switch is so popular and the Steam Deck is doing well? Because they are what handheld devices should be. They are portable. You can take them anywhere and play fantastic games, the games that you love. This goes hand in hand with accessibility and ease of access. With the Switch, you turn it on and you are pretty much straight into a game, it is quick and easy to access what you need and want for your play session. Imagine having to turn on the next PlayStation handheld and having to mess with finding an internet connection to just play a game, more importantly, that game would also have to be installed on your PS5 to utilize the remote play feature. Internet connections aren’t always stable and we are not at a technical level where every location has superfast broadband. This is going to cut consumers out of accessing the device and have players hit multiple issues such as potentially losing progress in their games because their internet cuts out. Customers will also have the issue of getting priced out of getting the Project Q because you need to own a Playstation 5 to be able to use the handheld. This is because of the remote play feature. The PS5 is only just starting to become regularly available after nearly 3 years of a shortage on the market, so there are still a high number of consumers who haven't got the entry point into the Project Q. Many countries are in a financial crisis, such as the UK which is currently suffering a cost of living crisis. On top of that, Sony has increased the price of the PlayStation 5 in some regions. In the UK, the price has gone up from This will not only block out gamers who do not have a PlayStation 5 but will also have a high price point of entry for handheld gamers who will have to pay for the PS5 and Project Q itself on top of that. £449.99 to £479.99 for the model with the disc drive and £359.99 to £389.99 for the diskless model. The design of the next handheld is also slightly dated already. Although the screen will be the biggest compared to the Nintendo Switch and Steam Deck, the screen will only be LCD, whereas for the past two years already Nintendo has had an OLED Switch on the market. Graphics are pushing now towards Raytracing, and 4K graphics. It would make more sense for Sony to push the handheld gaming market forward in terms of tech and make a device that would support 4K ray tracing graphics on a handheld device, although the technology may not quite be there yet. The device would be more attractive to the consumer if it was pushing boundaries. It is also vital to look at the competition. Microsoft has been investing heavily into Cloud Gaming, bundling the ability to stream games to most devices in their game pass subscription and signing to bring Xbox games to Cloud Gaming platforms should the Activision Blizzard acquisition go through. This means that Sony already has a steep hill to climb to compete with Microsoft which has already got a massive head start in cloud gaming through accessibility and the Azure tech they use to house their servers and use for consumers to stream games. multiple 10-year agreements Final Thoughts PlayStation Vita failed, PlayStation VR 2 hasn’t gotten off to a good start and Project Q, based on the rumours and points I've made, looks destined to fall right into the ground. The next PlayStation handheld can’t be a remote play/cloud gaming device. The infrastructure isn’t ready in terms of internet capability to support an always-connected console on the market. The price entry in my opinion will likely be far too high for consumers, especially with the state that the economy is in, in many countries, people don’t have as much disposable income to spend, especially on a device that isn’t pushing technology forward and there are already better and more accessible handheld gaming devices on the market. There are also far more consumer-friendly Cloud Gaming options available for gamers such as Xbox Game Pass, there are now also controllers you can buy to turn your mobile or tablet into a cloud gaming console which is a much cheaper option than Q would be. It will also be near impossible for Sony to keep up with Microsoft with how heavily they have invested in the Cloud Gaming space, especially if the Activision Blizzard deal goes through. The answer to this is to make a Playstation Vita 2. Yes the Vita was not commercially successful, but Sony can’t tiptoe with a handheld console. They must go all in or not enter the space at all. Where the Vita failed, technology has advanced and so has Sony’s first-party titles and this can make the Vita 2 its unique selling point. Sony has the power to make a great portable device and has the power to potentially drive that gaming space forward with a better frame rate, screen and potential 4K or close to 4K capabilities. The Nintendo Switch is in dire need of a next-gen upgrade and if done right, Sony could fill in that space. We are in a position now where current-gen games can be played on handheld portable consoles like the SteamDeck for example. Sony has a fantastic slate of first-party franchises such as SpiderMan, God Of War, Ratchet and Clank and The Last Of Us and it will be very appealing to play those games and series on a new PlayStation portable console. Sony now also has a relatively new gaming mascot, Astrobot, which could easily be PlayStation’s answer to Nintendo’s Mario. Imagine an Astrobot game on a new Playstation Vita 2. Nintendo is quiet. Xbox isn’t looking into the handheld gaming space, and there is a market for portable consoles. Sony can’t simply invest and make Q a Cloud Gaming console, It won’t work, it won’t sell. Sony needs to be better. They need to be stronger and take a risk. They need to make the PlayStation Vita 2.
