Like almost everyone else in tech, we were excited to see <a href="https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1759509/000119312519059849/d633517ds1.htm" target="_blank">Lyft’s S-1</a> drop last Friday. The rideshare industry has fundamentally changed how millions of people (including us!) get around on a daily basis, which is an incredible accomplishment given that Lyft and Uber have been around for less than a decade. It’s rare to see a product reach near ubiquity over a relatively short period of time, and this feels like a unique opportunity to watch a transformational consumer tech company debut on the public market.
