For too long, scams and shitcoins have given the crypto market a bad reputation. This regulatory clarity is essential for fostering innovation and attracting institutional capital into the crypto market. Restoring trust could even be more essential. Additionally, we're encouraged by regulatory initiatives in other regions, such as the Virtual Assets and Virtual Asset Service Providers (VARA) regulations in the UAE. These efforts indicate a global trend towards regulatory clarity and oversight, which is beneficial for the long-term sustainability and growth of the crypto industry. Within our ecosystem, we operate with two types of tokens: ESX as a payment token and PROPX as a property security token. We're particularly interested in the developments surrounding Security Token Offerings (STOs), especially in jurisdictions like Liechtenstein, which have developed progressive tokenization laws. These laws enable the direct linkage of asset equity to tokens, bypassing traditional vehicle structures.
