An Introductory Guide to Tailwind and React: Setup and Design Patterns. Tailwind is a low-level CSS framework that gives you all of the building blocks you need to build bespoke designs without any annoying opinionated styles you have to fight to override. Using Tailwind with React, there are a couple of extra steps to properly set it up in a React project. To begin a Tailwind-react-app, we actually add the Tailwind CSS file to our app to our React app.
