Thank you for an actual take on the AI and programming topic. I'm fed up with non-expert a acting like programming is over now, anyone who used copilot, code whisper or even chatgpt knows it's not even close. The rubber ducky comparison is great, it's a tool not a replacement. I'd pay to see a CEO/layman creating a website with these AI tools themselves :D That said as a single programmer can do more in a given timeframe we do need less people overall, which will lead to less hires and in some extreme cases layoffs.
