Entrepreneurship is a high-stress, all-consuming job that's not for the faint of heart or those without an iron will. Research suggests that entrepreneurs are more prone to burnout than the average worker. This is because of the entrepreneur hustle culture that tells us: when you are resting, or taking a break, there’s somebody else working harder than you’re not always grinding away. The crux of burnout comes from reaching the end of your emotional tether.
