The short answer is it depends on the use of the user and the user. There are certainly places within an organization where no code tools can add value. The plus side of this is the downside is if the bundled code does not meet the business user’s objectives, they either get an inferior outcome, or they need a developer to modify it. No code as a philosophy is that it will transform the enterprise so that business users are free to accomplish their goals without the need to do so.
