A token is just a symbolic item of value that represents something greater. Utility tokens are the tokens you can make use of. Security tokens are heavily regulated tokens. The ERC-1400 standard is made to tokenize Real-World assets (real-world assets) The tokenization is the tokenization of a cultural asset - a ticket for the cinema, a pass for a sports club, or a deed - a token representing a real estate property. The token is proof of ownership of something abstract or something too big to fit into your pocket.
