I get this question a lot. Which isn’t surprising given how popular mindfulness <a href="https://hackernoon.com/tagged/meditation" target="_blank">meditation</a> has become over the last few years. People have heard that <a href="http://nickwignall.com/what-is-mindfulness/" target="_blank">mindfulness can help with stress and anxiety</a>, and they’re understandably curious.
