The OpenAPI specification is a specification intended to describe RESTful APIs in YAML and JSON. It's used as the base layer for a growing number of tools that make the specification useful far beyond the mere documenting side of things. We will do so in a fresh Laravel installation, for which we'll also generate a Swagger UI documentation.
