U.S.- China environment relationship was fundamental to the worldwide advancement that finished in the Paris climate agreement. At the 28th Meeting of the Parties to the Montreal Protocol in Kigali, Rwanda, 197 nations agreed on a change to staging down HFCs. The Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer was hailed as the best ecological arrangement in history.
