As a small development team committed to FUBU (For Us By Us) principles, we initiate open-source projects while also welcoming contributions from the open-source community. FUBU embodies the idea that we, as developers, construct platforms specifically designed for fellow developers which cultivates a collaborative space where innovation thrives. We engage in this endeavor because we've become weary of flawed developer hiring processes, layoffs driven by economic factors, the insistence on returning to office settings, the absence of residuals, stressful work environments, cultural and climatic challenges, the impact of large language models (LLMs), outsourcing displacing jobs, and our stance against Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
