How to Build Products People Love in 2024 and Beyond 

This is a very huge question and without proper immersion to the context it is really hard to give a good answer. However, here are a few things that came to my mind:

I believe that what can help is not to focus too much on the fact that it is AI-based technology, but rather to make an effort to find differentiators from the competition and a deeper value proposition. I would also consider to invest a lot into training the model so it is safe for the users. With AI it is difficult to test every corner case, but you should try your best to stress tests your product.

Also, as a second thought, you should be very careful about users data and emphasise privacy if you want your users to use co-pilot genuinely without having a fear that their asks will be exposed.
