How Will User Experience Change in 2023?

Yes, I understand what you mean, in fact, I also experienced some difficulties and irritation when I received the wrong answers from the chatbot. \n But I think it’s rather because some businesses implement it to complex products, where the option of speaking to the live person should be included. \n Also, I believe, that AI (at least for another 5 years) won’t be able to substitute the live person completely, so we will still have the choice of whom we want to seek help from. \n In any case, AI, as everything else, is evolving — today it’s better than yesterday, and yesterday was better than last week, and so on. So I’m sure that soon enough the correctness and usefulness of the responses will be improving a lot, especially with the advent of chatGPT.

Thank you for your comment. There is no contradiction — AI and ML significantly increase the productivity of customer support, and at the same time don’t deprive it of authenticity, as in the example with Phygital McDonald’s.

In some way, yes. However, to be a great leader is to know how to delegate those tasks and get the expected outcome.
