Diversity Can Solve the Tech Staffing Crisis

I would not of made it onto a CS course due to the entry requirements, and poor grades. My dyslexia made me a square peg in a round whole, I really wanted to do well at school and was incredibly frustrated at the time, that I could not get the help that I needed to do so.

To learn something, I need to see it applied, and then reverse engineer it. Take it apart to understand it. Where as I find academia takes the reverse approach, which is fine for many. But just not how my brain works.
