At AIPrep we are building GEM (a Generative Explanatory Model for education) is built around a different idea: instructional content should be interactive by default. Instead of producing a single "finished" video that learners can only watch, GEM generates a lesson experience with checkpoints, questions, and adaptive pacing so learners practice understanding while they learn.
