The year 2025 is a big year in the world of cinema, with more companies than ever churning out projects. Deciding which movies to see poses a bit of a challenge when there are so many options. To that end, here are my picks for the most anticipated movies that are worth watching on the big screen.

The idea of villains working for the government is enticing. Expect packed theatres on May 2nd.

5. From The World Of John Wick: Ballerina

John Wick’s universe expands with Ballerina, set between the third and fourth films. It also marks Lance Reddick's last appearance as Charon.



Ana de Armas stars, thrilling audiences as familiar faces return. Expect a global rush to return to this world on June 6th.

4. The Accountant 2

Against all odds, The Accountant was a 2016 hit. Now, nine years later, the autistic accountant is back. Stories of overcoming challenges never get old.



Fans’ burning question, "What’s next for the brothers?" gets answered on April 25th. Ben Affleck and Jon Bernthal are back with a new threat.

3. Mission Impossible: The Final Reckoning

Closing in on thirty years, the excitement for Mission Impossible persists. It’s poised to be a blockbuster, with fans eager for another Ethan Hunt adventure.
