The Future Technologies in Smartphones
Too Long; Didn't Read
My first phone was a Nokia 3310. My dad bought it for me in 2001 when I was 14 years old. I was fascinated about it and I loved the feature of changing the ringtone. I could also customize the screen pattern — impressive- wasn’t it? Since that time technology has evolved a long way. If I look back to that time, today’s smartphones are nothing less than a miracle. Large touchscreen displays, high-tech specifications, impressive cameras, even bio-metrics and 3D facial recognition. Back in days, I never thought phones will be used for anything other than making calls. But today we use them for playing games, listening to music, watching videos, chatting, accessing the internet and what not. Believe me, in 2001, I had never thought these devices will be capable of doing such things in 20 years. No one could have predicted the impact of phones we have on our lives now. Such things would have nothing more than science fiction then.
