These are really good movies!
My favourite movie has to be Top Gun: Maverick.
Tom Cruise outdid himself in that movie.

How many have you seen and what are your favourites?

TeriDec 20, 2022, 9:56 PM

Another thing I lacked in 2022 is watching movies. Are these movies on Netflix?
Some things need to change in 2023.
Thanks Valentine Enedah for this compilation.

Teri Yes, I suppose some of them are on Netflix.
But you need to see these movies. Especially, Topgun Maverick.
As a Tom Cruise fanatic, I would really recommend this movie.
In addition, Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One is coming out in July 2023 and you need to see this trailer.🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Valentine Enedah, so far, only watched 2 from that list, but really excited to see the others!

Sara PintoDec 21, 2022, 2:51 PM

But not gonna lie, I'm kind of surprise that Doctor Strange is here. Marvel fan here, don't get me wrong, but marvel movies don't usually end up on lists for best films haha

Valentine EnedahDec 21, 2022, 3:44 PM

Sara Pinto Awesome!
Are you a DC fan cause they are always after Marvel fans?😂
I think Avengers: Endgame did a good job in 2019.
The only marvel movie I didn't like this year was Thor: Love and Thunder.
Weird Movie!

Sara PintoDec 22, 2022, 8:45 AM

Valentine Enedah, haha I guess I'm a Marvel fan because they are eventually all connected. Nothing against DC, but I don't enjoy their movies as much.
Really? I think it was my favorite! But I'm very biased: I love Thor and I enjoy Taika Waititi's movies a lot. However, other than being funny, Marvel movies usually lack depth. I think Thor worked because it embraced the foolishness and the comedy. I do think they wasted Christian Bale's potential.

Sara Pinto I agree with you. Also, They made Thor to be a joke. This is the God of Thunder.
Also,Did you see Justice League?
The one that was released before the Zack Snyder's one?

Sara PintoDec 23, 2022, 5:36 PM

Valentine Enedah, I like that I don't have to take the God of Thunder that seriously hahaha. I did! But when it comes to DC, I think I only like Batman. I might have not enjoyed Christian Bale's role in Marvel, but I sure loved his role in the DC Universe as Batman!

Marco SullivanDec 23, 2022, 5:44 PM

Valentine Enedah First of all, Doctor Strange: Multiverse of Madness wad kind of weird for me but yeah,I get what Sara Pinto said about Marvel movies.😂
I think I would love to see Everything Everywhere All at Once.

Valentine EnedahDec 25, 2022, 7:07 AM

Sara Pinto You have a very good point. The Dark Knight rises is still the best batman movie I've seen. Christian Bale outdid himself on that set, including the other characters.

Valentine EnedahDec 25, 2022, 7:09 AM

Marco Sullivan It was actually confusing at first but I got a hang of it.
Rating: 7/10

Sara PintoDec 26, 2022, 2:34 PM

I also have Everything Everywhere All at Once in my list, Marco Sullivan! I've heard amazing things about Michelle Yeoh.

Mónica FreitasDec 27, 2022, 10:00 AM

I've only seen Turning Red and Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness. For me, Doctor Strange was... well... strange 😂
I think "What if..." did a better job at the narrative than the movie and I think they obliterated the whole Wanda development, the one we saw on Wanda Vision

Mónica FreitasDec 27, 2022, 10:00 AM

Turning Red is pretty cool! I loved it!

Marco SullivanDec 27, 2022, 2:53 PM

Sara Pinto Michelle Yeah is a great actor as she has acted so many great movies I've seen.
Some of them include;
Taichi Master, James Bond: Tommorow never dies, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, Crazy Rich Asians, Shang-Chi😔, Mechanic Resurrection, The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor, Guardian of the Galaxy, Kung Fu Panda 2, Jet Li's Fearless, Marco Polo(Series), 'The Lady' as Nobel Laureate Aung San Suu Kyi.

Valentine EnedahDec 27, 2022, 2:58 PM

Mónica Freitas You expressed my thoughts in its entirety. I didn't like how they changed the whole narrative of Wanda.
It was too strange.
I would love to see "Turning Red".
