Too Long; Didn't Read

Upwork admitted that they indeed have a problem with the high number of fake jobs. Freelancers should be refunded if the jobs were canceled. Only Upwork can say if a job is fake or not. The only way for you to get a refund of money you spent on Connects is to prove that the jobs in question were fake and as such, in violation of Upwork's Terms. The more you defend yourself, the guilt goes to the guiltier, I would laugh at you.
