You can’t hire stars if you’re not someone they want to follow. Great people gravitate toward leaders who see their potential early — who notice the spark before it becomes a fire. Your job isn’t just to filter candidates. It’s to become the kind of person they want to grow with — the kind of leader who notices light where others see fog.
