He says the “best” solution is not always the fastest one to implement, but we’ll talk about this later in this article. In theory, the lower the time to market (or TTM), the better, because a solution to the problem is found in a small amount of time. In practice, sacrifices are made to buy some time, and the increasing cost of these sacrifices.
