Cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Ethereum and others are traded on various exchanges. Some lets you buy Bitcoin with Fiat currency (JPY) and few will let you buy thousands of other coins using only cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT or others).
