Too Long; Didn't Read

Smart Contract is a computer protocol designed to digitally verify or enforce contract terms. Smart contracts help people use their assets securely in an open, conflict-free, blockchain-based ecosystem. The phrase "Smart Contract" was first coined in 1994 by Nick Szabo, an American cryptographer, and computer scientist. The most popular applications for smart contracts are widely used in various areas of our life. They are already being used in real estate, medicine, logistics, and video games. Hacking smart contracts is almost impossible. Smart contracts may become irreplaceable in the near future.
