Product-led growth is an end user-focused growth model that relies on the product itself as the primary driver of customer acquisition, conversion, and expansion. Sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams need to be aligned. Product companies can grow more efficiently with a lower-than-average customer acquisition cost (CAC) Product companies reach the $10M ARR mark and scale faster than their peers, according to Openview's 2020 Expansion SaaS Metrics report. There is no magical shortcut to becoming a product-led company.
