Remote working is no more your occasional instance where employees were granted leverage to work from home after much skepticism from the managers and bosses alike. Before the pandemic of COVID-19, about one-quarter of the US workforce was already working from home, but it was more of a part-time rather than regular. Establish daily or near-daily check-ins with team members is important to make them feel inclusive, needed, and appreciated. Set realistic expectations for their work when it comes to defining working hours or assigning deliverables.
