Product Managers often fall into the trap of extending their “experimentation” for months or even years. Sometimes it's easy to invest in MVPs or POCs that live much longer than they should. The effort to build a basic experiment turns out to be not as simple as we thought, and your favorite MVP becomes more like a liability than a valuable asset.
