Today the Federal Communications Commission repealed net neutrality — a terrible step for the future of a free and open internet and for our democracy. In January when the State Legislature reconvenes, I will introduce legislation to require net neutrality in <a href="https://hackernoon.com/tagged/california" target="_blank">California</a>.
