Always trying to create fun silly activities that build on the culture of the company and get people over something they don’t normally get to chat about. mingling Our company is all about making goals, so I created a very easy little activity where people wrote out their goals, resolutions, excitements, or dreams for 2016 and we hung them on twine that I hung up in the happy hour. It was an acitvity that then acted as decoration.
