Too Long; Didn't Read

A client asked what advice I’d give to someone just starting out on their career. But I realised that everything that popped to my mind was generic recitals that you can find after 10s of googling. The advice was vague and I didn’t understand the problem deeply enough to offer someone useful, actionable advice. So here it goes: Become the expert on something, anything, anything! Prioritize learning over earning over earning. Don't worry about earning $10k less at this stage of your career, and those valuable learnings would double the difference in your career.
