Men Selling Pirate TV Boxes Found Guilty Under The Fraud Act 2006 and Serious Crime Act 2007. Thomas Tewelde and Mohamed Abdou, both from London, have been found guilty of offenses. The two men will be sentenced on February 28, 2019, at St Albans Crown Court. The case took two-and-a-half years to go to trial but the men have now been convicted. FACT Chief Executive Kieron Sharp issued a warning to others considering the same line of business.
