Luna AI is your AI Program Manager that gives Engineering and Product leaders full visibility into goals, roadmap cost and ROI, initiative progress, and risks throughout the product lifecycle. It automatically generates product plans, summarizes Jira and Slack data, (like sprints and epics), and writes initiative, OKR updates and executive summaries for you. With Luna AI’s simple and customizable UI, you can create and share plans with your managers and peers, no manual work required. Tell us how your startup is changing the world. Luna AI stands out by tightly connecting strategy to execution: not just creating roadmaps or tracking work separatly, but actively connecting both worlds. Our AI helps create strategies and plans directly in Luna and Jira. Unlike others, we focus on turning scattered Jira and Slack data into meaningful insights: surfacing progress, spotting risks early (like delays and dependencies), and automatically generating status updates and executive summaries that reflect both execution status and goal health. What does it mean for you to win this title? The team has been working very hard to create 10x experiences with AI, and just as importantly, to deliver high-precision, high-quality outputs our customers can trust. Winning this title is a meaningful recognition of that effort.  It’s a testament to the team’s dedication and a strong motivator for us to keep pushing forward and delivering even more value to our users. What do you love about your team, and why are you the ones to set out for this mission? As a co-founder, I’m incredibly proud to be on this journey with Myriam, Kevin, Rafi, Sundar, Dharmender, and Gabriel: the builders of Luna AI. Each of them brings deep talent, relentless drive, and a shared belief in our mission. What makes us special isn’t just our skills, but our culture: ambitious yet humble, fast-moving yet thoughtful, and always collaborative. This mix of heart, grit, and vision is exactly what it takes to build something that truly changes how product and tech teams operate. Looking back, what milestone was the biggest turning point for your startup? Without a doubt, launching our AI use cases to production was the biggest turning point. We’ll never forget the first customer call where a user shared how Luna AI saved her over five hours preparing a Sprint retrospective and more importantly, surfaced insights her team wouldn’t have uncovered on their own. That moment made it clear we were delivering real and tangible value. What’s one valuable lesson you learned this year that you’d pass on to other startups? I’ll keep it simple: solving a pain point isn’t enough. Most people live with multiple pain points every day. What matters is solving a pain point they’re willing to prioritize: something important enough to rise above everything else on their plate. If it’s not a top priority for them, it won’t matter how well you solve it. How do you envision your industry evolving in the coming years, and how will your startup stay ahead? Agentic AI is set to reshape our industry. The future lies in automating low-leverage, tedious processes, but more importantly, in surfacing high-signal insights without relying on manual reporting or updates. As product and engineering teams grow more complex, leaders will need tools that not only reduce busywork but also drive strategic clarity. Luna AI is built with that future in mind: combining automation with intelligent visibility, so teams can focus less on reporting and more on execution and impact. How do you or your company intend to embrace the responsibility of this title in 2025? Winning this title is an honor and a responsibility. It pushes us to stay focused on solving real problems and delivering meaningful value to both current and future users. While AI continues to open exciting new possibilities, we believe it must be used responsibly. In 2025 and beyond, we’re committed to building with purpose: AI that’s not just powerful, but trustworthy, practical, and grounded in real user needs. What goals are you looking forward to accomplishing in 2025? In 2025, our primary goal is to increase the success rate of product initiatives across all types of teams and companies. We’re focused on three key areas: Helping teams plan more accurately by incorporating previous learnings as well as the cost and ROI of roadmaps.

What are the impacts of these to your startup, and to your industry as a whole? Be as brief or as detailed as you like. 2024 has reinforced the need to focus on efficiency and doing more with less. For Luna AI and the industry, this means building smarter tools that help teams optimize resources, reduce waste, and make faster, better decisions amid uncertainty.
