  • 60 multiple choice questions
  • 110 minutes for the completion of the exam
  • 65% passing score
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II

This credential is targeted at individuals who can demonstrate their skills in advanced programming capabilities of the Lightning Platform and data modeling, and are able to develop complex business logic and interfaces.

For earning this credential, an individual must have owned the Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I credential.

The examination format includes:

  • 60 multiple choice questions
  • 120 minutes for the completion of the exam
  • 63% passing score

Eligibility Requirements

The basic eligibility requirements that these credentials require are:

  • A degree in Computer Application or Business Administration.
  • Knowledge of the basic concepts of the Salesforce platforms

Certification Process

The candidates must ensure that they fulfill the eligibility criteria and enroll for a training course before sitting for the exam. Upon successful training, candidates need to register for the Salesforce Developer Examination that they wish to certify in.
