So, you’re walking down trending lane in the town of Github, and you stumble upon this starry penthouse-apartment, and boy is the view beautiful from their side of the world.
I mean, there is no way for you to absolutely be sure how it’ll be like from the balcony, but you imagine diving in that terrace pool, which is currently inhabited by nine-hundred-or-so people, drinking JooSe, having the time of their life.
And all you can wish for is to be able to
1. be a part of it, and
2. Make something so good that other people would want to be a part of it.
Yet, somehow, it has been twenty-years and here we are.
This is a shoutout to the brave ones who believe they can unravel the mystery which is inside that codebase.
This is a shoutout to all the people stumbling upon those repositories on GitHub and starring the cool new JS projects.
This is a shoutout to the brave ones who believe they can unravel the mystery which is inside that codebase, who click on that package.json , hoping they’d get it, but somehow ending up beating their head on the top of their laptop because WHAT THE HELL IS WEBPACK AND WHY IS GULP AND WHAT THE EVEN REACT…
This is a shoutout to the people who look for good-first-bug tag in every repository they love, because they want to contribute and be a part of the things/tools/shiny-JS-stuff they really care about.
You are not alone in this. Ernest Hemingway, the famous writer whose poetry might be something you might wanna read the next time you drop down in that pit, once said:

We are all apprentices in a craft where no one ever becomes a master.
And I think that has been the greatest quote of inspiration for me in my journey to enlightenment in the world of programming.
The truth is, we are all learning. (YES! Those folks over at React, as well. Crockford too, probably. But who cares?)
All you have to do is keep stumbling, keep diving in that pool, hoping it’d make sense someday, and trust me if you give it time, that day would arrive faster than you think.
